Short Description of Activity
Leanne and I took turns role-playing a one-on-one relational meeting between a Broads leader and a member.
Reflection/Evaluation
I didn’t expect to enjoy this, but I did! Both of us have enough experience as Broads members that we could carry on productive conversations, share ideas, feed on each other’s enthusiasm. Watching Sally and Lisa role play yesterday was very helpful to me, in setting the tone of the conversation.
