Short Description of Activity
Great discussion regarding how to engage rural communities to participate in restoring and renewing our forests, enhancing environmental leadership in rural communities and educating people new to climate change and environmental issues.
Reflection/Evaluation
It was a good conversation – much has to do with meeting people where they are at. Acknowledging that natural resources are important to rural communities for jobs no matter where you stand politically. Opportunity to engage new leadership.
