Provided ethics training for RAC members- very interesting as main focus was conflict of interest. Discussions about BLM fee’s on John Day River as well as stewardship projects on the Umatilla Forest. Concerns in Vale /Burns area regarding fires starting due to downed powerlines- going to use some kind of sterilite around poles. Discussion of East Side screening in the Ochoco’s
