Felice facilitated the meeting well. Our speaker was Lee First, Twin Harbor Waterkeeper, who presented along with Liz Schotman, Surfriders, on underwater sea mining. Underwater sea mining is banned off the coast of Oregon but not Washington. The recorded meeting can be viewed here:
