Bruce Krickbaum, BLM, presented info about NEPA excellent explanation of the levels of NEPA analysis. His talk and slides have been made available. He also addressed the recent Dec.2 regulation on Ebikes
Reflection/Evaluation
This was great! It provided a good beginning for understanding NEPA from the big picture. Discussion on the Ebike regulation was equally as informative. Questions the broadband leaders asked were salient and helped my understanding also.
