Email = 3 hours, read trail application forms for 6 new non motorized trail proposals in the surrounding area= 5 hours, Leadership Team communication =1 hour.
Reflection/Evaluation
I’m pleased that 7 members are interested in Raptor monitoring, that they are taking the Cornell courses and talking about the birds they see. Reading the non motorized applications is a learning experience always. There is significant differences in the quality of the content on the forms, often the maps are poor, and the documentation of support for the proposal. Leadership team communication seems a struggle because often some people do not respond to messages.
