Reflection/Evaluation
July 13, This was about a transportation movement for walkable cities, with carpooling, biking, taking buses and E-cars/hybrids and stopping more roads; fund bike trails and use bikes as transportation, not just recreation.
July 14, This webinar was about exploitation of NM’s resources and that our state is sacred ground and should be treated that way. It will be changed through the work of young & new activists. This was also about how the NM Green Amendment can help us toward a new path for environmental protection in NM with laws that are formed on prevention and environmental racism that undermines our children’s future will be replaced with laws that are based on our fundamental rights to a clean and healthy environment, laws that can prevent racial bias.
July 16, The GLO webinar was informative because it reinforced things like “Wine and Writing, mobilizing as a celebration; it emphasized comraderie & fun ways to be together socially distanced and masked-up, gathering outside.
