Short Description of Activity
Participate in public process to decide if State Corporation can spend $20M to bid on lease sales in Arctic NWR if no one else should bid. This reportable activity only applies to the time spent preparing the comments, the comment period is entered in a different activity that includes both Loren and I.
Reflection/Evaluation
I prepared a written and oral statement. Although I spent 2.5 hours on the phone waiting to testify, I was not allowed to as they cut off the comment period. I did however, hear some of the best public comments I have heard in public testimony. They were very heart felt and articulate.
