Short Description of Activity
More follow up and planning on Forest BRAT regional webinar regarding upcoming events to address fires in Oregon – past, present and future. Also discussion of follow up advocacy work.
Reflection/Evaluation
Conversation also discussed BLM using categorical exclusion regarding removing of tree’s /lumber. There is emergency money available and group discussed that much of those dollars should be used for things like trailers and helping communities impacted by the fires. Also talked about the opportunity to replace Board of Forestry members, need new people on the board and I believe there are openings. There were a total of 6 people on this meeting.
