Reflection/Evaluation
FYI Jenny and Tom’s Scoping response Feb. 2018 and anything discovered in the pre-scoping in Dec and last week have been shared with our friend Joe Trudeau of the Center. We share all of our NEPA letters with Joe and he in return shares his. Our scoping response will include need for monitoring plan (by the PNF), adaptive management to cover climate change, and we are worried that by combining several pastures, the up to 300 head of cows might not be moved around to different areas. We brought up this concern in the Dec. pre-scoping meeting and they do not think it is of significance.
