Short Description of Activity
Speaker – Susan Atkinson explained the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act, which is simple, effective and would reduce carbon by charging a fee to producers at the source. A monthly dividend is sent to all taxpayers – the same for everyone.

Susan answered many questions. Anne asked everyone to write to their reps and Senators asking them to cosponsor the bill.
