WALTS Assignment . Phone conversation with an experienced Broadband leader. Was given four questions to ask.
Reflection/Evaluation
Conversation lasted one hour and was very comfortable and informative.
I am not aware if there was a specific Goal or Objective to be met.
All four questions were answered. My takeaway was that overall what this Leader likes the most about the organization is that ” everybody is different and you learn so much from each person”.
Her greatest lessons learned were that she could be confident about dealing with public officials and even doing some public speaking.
