Short Description of Activity
Since I am new Leader I met with Michelle the current Secretary of the BB. I found out about her passionate issue, that she likes taking meeting notes and is happy to continue doing that, she enjoyed working with Barbara, the Leader who stepped down, and is looking forward to working with me.
Reflection/Evaluation
I wanted to find out if Michelle wanted to continue doing minutes and if she is open to having a new Leader. She is! She is very welcoming. I wanted to ask why she, as Secretary for 1 yr, as well as other current members did not want to take on the Leader position, but I couldn’t figure out a way to broach that subject.
