Meeting with another Old Broads leader of the Willamette Valley Broadband.
Reflection/Evaluation
Discussion of her experience as a leader; what fit her skills, what was difficult, what would she suggest I focus on to begin with.
The meeting was great. It enabled me to get to know Cyndi but also gave me a better understanding of where she spends her time as the leader and ideas on how to organize the broadband – specifically to have a team of people who each have a focus area that they love. For instance, one member really loves books and facilitating the book club, another person loves planning hikes and outings. This delegation keeps her from having to do it all.
