This was very helpful/useful. Biggest aha is the fact for standing means boots on the ground – actually knowing the area that you are researching with the possibility of litigation. Explained GOBB’s history with litigation, what the issues and campaigns mean, various types. Declarations made that are affected by a decision. Shared some examples. Lots of discussion of how to prepare and procedures, steps to follow thru with.
