Short Description of Activity
Learned about the confusion regarding NEPA regulations and that is important to wait for the CEQ nominee to be confirmed as much of the pre Trump NEPA may still be in place.
Reflection/Evaluation
As one who attending the EPA hearings regarding NEPA in Denver last year I was both encouraged and discouraged to learn that much of NEPA may still be in place and it might be up to advocates to approach each agency to determine their interpretation of the rules.
