Filed comments in response to Kaktovic Inupiat Corporation’s application for Incidental Take of Polar Bears related to their winter seismic activity EIS
Reflection/Evaluation
KIC’s document was poorly prepared and didn’t address many of the relevant issues. It also ignored some of it’s own findings in their earlier EIS. I was told that filing comments could help by delaying approval and by giving the USFWS people who didn’t want to go along, something more to fight with.
