Short Description of Activity
Sarah, Laurie, Micky, Barb, Nancy, and met virtually to plan the campout.
Reflection/Evaluation
We discussed cost, food, hikes, carpooling, tent sites, and extra vehicle cost. Micky has agreed to do a survey to find out how many people are planning on attending and how many plan to carpool. I need to sit down and figure out how much this is going to cost. Some folks want to purchase food out of our soft account. No real agreement on food as of yet. Some want to bring our own. Still lots more planning. Next meeting June 16 7pm.
