Short Description of Activity
Linda, Emma, Barb and I attended the Glo Call on Ally Partnerships hosted by the national office.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the event was to understand why alliances are important and better understand how to develop alliances with people of color and Indigenous people. Lisa and Sally presented some “how to’s” and Best Practices for developing authentic relationships. We really need to start doing our homework and researching this area. We plan to start with a book group and also participate in the care call on June 10.
