May Scoop -5-20 – Jimbo Buickerood, SJCA Public Lands and Forest Protection Manager, will give an update on the forest conditions and restoration efforts in the San Juans. 1 hour; 1 person
June Scoop – 6-17 – Join an interesting and informative talk with SJCA’s wildlife specialist Gary Skiba! Gary will be giving a behind the scenes into his work at SJCA, including everything from wolf reintroduction to bighorn sheep management. 1 hour; 1 person

Reflection/Evaluation

It is interesting to hear from these local experts on wildlife and wild lands issues. despite some occasional technical zoom problems. I am glad to be on their email list. Some of what was discussed I already knew about, but the problems and solutions are similar to the sky island mountains in NM.
