Short Description of Activity

6 meetings; 3 management committee meetings and 3 full collaborative meetings.
4/6, 5/4, and 6/1 – Mgmt committee mtgs – each – 1 hr +3 hours to write and edit summaries = 12 hours; 1 person
4/20, 5/18, and 6/15 – Full collaborative mtgs – each – 2 hours + 4 hours to write and edit summaries = 18 hours; 1 person

Reflection/Evaluation

These meetings do accomplish quite a bit, but taking notes and writing the summaries from all of them is really a ton of work. I keep asking for others to do one or another of the meetings, but no one else wants to do them. (The same complaint is voiced by the leader of the mgmt team and fullcollaborative and the communications and membership team leaders…) I also am the team leader for the Tres Pistolas project (one of six project teams) and a member of the Invasive project team. However, the groups are getting some things done…
