Short Description of Activity
The campout committee met via Zoom to discuss registration, food, hikes, and logistics for our upcoming campout.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the activity was to set up the registration, organize the food, set up carpools and discuss hikes and speakers. We finalized the registration which is attached and Laurie will send it out Wednesday evening to our general membership. We still need to talk about maximum numbers of people. Only 14 people filled out the survey that Micky sent out so we are unsure how many to expect. We have another meeting on August 2 in which we will know more after the preregistration period ends. I think we are all looking forward to the event!
