Reflection/Evaluation
Pretty successful couple of day, accomplished more than anticipated so able to cut off two days. Follow up will happen end of September. Working in teams really makes this project move along swiftly. Discovered new roads, some that were not on the map- some had numbers displayed, some did not. Weather was extremely hot so had to cut our work shorter in the afternoons to accomodate the heat. Had a great encounter with a family who are very much upset with the potential plans for MT. Bike trail in Lemon Gulch…lots of concerns. Came to discover that the Forest Service not only did not inform the public about this project but are not procedurally following process policies. With any luck, they may have to start all over.
