Short Description of Activity
We had a planning meeting on zoom and then wrote a narrative we might use if we were able to speak. Then the next Thursday we met with Levi Patterson, the DC environmental staffer, on zoom. I think by the time we met, Lujan had already signed on as a co-sponsor, or he did shortly after.
Reflection/Evaluation
The call went well, although I did not get to speak about my personal experiences in the area. However, I did remind Levi that we had spoken in the 2018 lobbying rendezvous for the Broads, and he definitely remembered our group and our discussion. We did meet our goal, as Lujan is a co-sponsor.
