Short Description of Activity
Management committee met on 7/6, 8/3, and 9/7 for one hour; this includes 3-4 hours I spent writing and editing, summaries of each of these meetings. Full collaborative meetings met on 7/20, 8/17, and 9/21. Each of these meetings runs 2+ hours, plus the 3-4 hours I spend writing and editing the summaries for each meeting. The 8/17 meeting included another field trip to the Sandia Mt. Natural History Center and a hike, but I didn’t do the hike.
Reflection/Evaluation
I keep hoping that someone else from the collaborative will speak up and volunteer to replace me as the note-taker and summary writer and editor, but so far no one has stepped up. It is getting to be a lot, when it is combined with being the team leader for the Tres Pistolas Project team. The collaborative is accomplishing their goals so far, but it is a demanding schedule. The number of leaders for the collaborative and the project teams keeps shrinking, despite progress being made. I could share some of the notes for the collaborative, but I think the file size would be too big.
