Comments submitted to Council on Environmental Quality, docket
number, CEQ-2021-0002 ~ National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Regulations Revisions. Comments were in strong support of a comprehensive review of the 2020 NEPA Regulations
by the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) ~ to ensure that the Regulations provide for sound and efficient environmental review of Federal actions, including those actions integral to tackling the climate crisis.
