Short Description of Activity

The snow is here, and 8 Broads strapped on their snowshoes and did a 5-mile trek around Trillium Lake in the Mt Hood National Forest. Afterwards on the way home one car made a side trip to Timberline Lodge to see Mt Hood up close and personal.

Reflection/Evaluation

It was a successful first snow outing for the season. The pace was good, with good conversation, and all did well.
