Short Description of Activity
Zoom meeting held on Nov. 8 to discuss Leadership Team revisions (members and roles). Janet Wyatt decided she needs to only work on Sierra club issues , but hopes they can partner with us in the future. Lisa Eckert has bought a cabin in the Ridgeway area so won’t be in town at times. other members of the Leadership team chose which areas or roles they wanted to work on . Many tasks will be shared with different people taking on the task on different months.
Reflection/Evaluation
Good discussion with people willing to work together to make needed things happen. It seemed to see that everyone was able to find a role that fit for them at this time.I appreciated that almost everyone was willing to share and do what they could.
