Short Description of Activity
Gathered information from current broadband membership for inclusion in newsletter. The newsletter was laid out and emailed to over 250 Grand Junction Broadband members. Also updates to the GJBB Facebook page made as warranted by current news and events.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of having a GJ Broadband newsletter and Facebook presence is to keep current members informed of, and involved with, current issues related to Great Old Broads for Wilderness’ goal to protect and preserve wilderness and wild lands. Newsletters are sent to the entire broadband. 157 people have liked the GJBB Facebook page. Both avenues help spread the word about advocacy opportunities.
