Our annual leadership meeting via ZOOM
Reflection/Evaluation
Annual leadership meeting- planning for upcoming membership meeting, review of priorities for advocacy, review of potential stewardship projects, dialing in early broadchats and potential for the Fall, looking at possible broadwalks and hikes. Reviewed our volunteer hours from past two weeks, treasurer report, and how we want to deal with alerts and educational opportunities. Looking at cleaning up our membership list as well creating a Newsletter and discussion of how we can connect more with our members. The great news was Mathieu asking about WALTS…potential for a new/ additional co-leader!
