Care Call to Broadband leaders to discuss the need to be a more inclusive organizations and to discuss awareness and the skills need to more effectively approach BIPOC communities
Reflection/Evaluation
The words from Sally were so powerful and made their point so clear and well and I felt initiated good discussions in the chat rooms. I feel this Care Call is a wonderful start to bringing forth a new inclusive mission to our organization.2
