Short Description of Activity
“Assessing the Power System Contributions of LSRD Under Different Future Conditions” webinar
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal of the webinar is to analyze the power system impacts of any potential decision that could remove the power system services provided by the Lower Snake River dams (LSRDs) and the requirement for replacement resources that would achieve a similar level of reliability. The webinar was very educational and showed me the genuine transparency of the presenters. The decision whether or not to breach the dams is up to the NW Power and Conservation Council. I also sent a thank you email to Chad and Ben Kujala who did the presentation.
