Short Description of Activity
Worked on comments regarding the proposed AZ Air Force MOA Changes which would adversely affect a wide swath of public land in AZ and southwestern NM, including national forests, national parks, designated wilderness (including The Gila Wilderness) and proposed wilderness areas, proposed Wild and Scenic River areas, tribal lands, sky islands, and more. We are working in conjunction with the Middle Gila Broadband leader on this. Watched the AF virtual presentation, discussed comment writing, and reviewed some of the background information in advance of writing comments in early March.
