Reflection/Evaluation
It was interesting to hear how other teams are handling leadership situations that are really complicated compared to the RGVBB situation. We have reached out to others in two meetings and our newsletters hoping for some interest, but so far, members seem to be far to busy to take on other leadership roles. So here Linda and I are, plugging along as before. I am hoping with the forest planning process winding up for NM forests, we can do more on-the-ground activities, which will be more fun than a bunch of collaborative meetings.
