Activity Type: Broadband Meeting (prep, implementation & follow up)
Short Description of Activity
Both meetings were designed to reignite interest in Broadband activities and also to see if any others might be willing to step into any other kinds of leadership roles. I sent out a short newsletter before the meetings that I will attach below.
Reflection/Evaluation
Neither meeting was without a couple of glitches – people not being able to get onto the meeting, or the first meeting ending a little abruptly, although we really didn’t have much more to discuss. Some broads had no visuals – no cameras, and others had no sound – no microphone on their devices, so they could not communicate. However, they did seem to stay on despite the problems. Preplanning hours reflect the time I spent making and sending out the newsletters.
