Drafted Comments on behalf of the National Office, to the USFWS regarding their Mexican gray wolf 10j draft Rule. Attended two USFWS Zoom presentations, one for organizations and one for the public.
Reflection/Evaluation
Yes. This was difficult to draft as the USFWS had changed so little in response to the original scoping comments. After several unwieldy drafts, I decided to include the original scoping comments as an addendum to simplify the submission, as all the points originally made were still unresolved and still valid.
