Short Description of Activity
The dedicated leaders from our Equity & Justice (E&J) Committee, Robyn Cascade (Northern San Juan), Nancy Frost (Nor’easters) and Barb Fox Kilgore (Cascade Volcanoes), will lead this essential discussion on how to create a strong and brave space to share and grow our E&J work. We hope you will join us for this mind-expanding opportunity to strengthen how you approach and eventually weave in equity and justice into your Broadband’s work.
Reflection/Evaluation
This training was of course somewhat awkward, but thought provoking. It brought to mind many foot in mouth moments after the training was over. I have two daughters who are more than happy to correct me when I speak in ways that are insensitive to other’s differences. I think Linda was also a part of this webinar, but I am not positive.
