Short Description of Activity
Zoom is a great platform to use for Broadband meetings, especially during times of social distancing. However, we do have a love/hate relationship with this platform, right? How can we use our creativity to engage with our participants on Zoom? How can we think differently about planning ? Let’s discuss effective strategies and techniques, then use breakout rooms to play around with the features.
Reflection/Evaluation
I honestly don’t remember that much about this GLO call. I don’t think we both participated, but I don’t remember. The RGVBB definitely needs to jazz up our meetings, but it’s hard not to feel taken advantage of when only one of us is doing the work of setting up the meetings and doing the newsletters about why we are meeting. However, I do understand that I don’t do the same amount of sharing about other opportunities for activities that are available with other organizations, and I think it is important that those emails get shared also.
