Well, a point in our favor is the administration’s intent to rescind the 2020 record of decision (2020
ROD).While this is a vital decision, we would like to bring your attention to the importance of also reversing
the TrumpͲera conclusion that the 2020 IAP will serve as the required National Environmental Policy Act
(NEPA) analysis for any future lease sale.
