Meeting of E&J committee to discuss theme of next Care Call dealing with Active Listening and Effective Communication, and what specific areas to focus on to best serve the areas of building relations/partnerships with BIPOC groups.
Reflection/Evaluation
There were only 3 participants. Felt like many good areas and approaches were agreed upon but more members and their input need to be included to really come to a full consensus.
