Short Description of Activity
We set up and staffed an information table for Great Old Broads at an EarthDay/Arbor Day event at LIncoln Park, Grand Junction. (Sherry and Mary set-up and dismantled, the other two volunteers worked 1.5 to 2 hours each, approximately.
Reflection/Evaluation
The goal was to reach interested people and inform them of Broads’ mission; have those sign up who are interested to know more. Considering the event was not well attended (compared to prior years pre-Covid) we had a good number of sign-ups (12) and two new people came to our meeting the following Monday. One had talked with us, the other was a friend she brought.
