Short Description of Activity
A pod of 7 WHALES turned out for the trash pickup Thursday and Friday, May 19 and 20 to clean the Teton Canyon Trailhead road, the Grand Overlook viewpoint and Horseshoe Canyon Trailhead road within the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. The weather was not ideal, even after postponing the Earth Day event for a month.
Reflection/Evaluation
Participants are glad to partner with our local National Forest to maintain trails, roads and habitat. We have an excellent relationship with the forest managers who know they can count on us for help, when needed.
