Since national staff kindly updated the paid members, I found and added them to our google group, with a detailed welcome message and how to reach me. Asked what their interests are and to let me know. Updated their status on spread sheet and checked off that we claimed them.

fine. goal met, although slight duplication in that I must have gotten a couple names via emails from co-leaders, so had already added them to OUR google group.
