Short Description of Activity
Judith Lopez sampled at her site in Confluence Park on the Uncompahgre River on 5/15/22. Samples were collected for a lab to assess metals, normal filtered and unfiltered. .Other samples are collected monthly to be assessed by the volunteer for oxygenation, Ph, hardness and alkalinity. All data are reported on line to River Watch monthly. Written documents and metal sample are submitted at a minimum of every other month and were submitted on 5/16/22 for April and May sampling.
Reflection/Evaluation
Goal is being met to provide consistent data on the river to aid with decisions about its health and uses. Samples were provided to River Watch for further analysis of metals.
