Short Description of Activity
Monthly Water Sentinels. We found the river at flood stage at both Perkinsville and Bear Siding. Also picked up trash at Perkinsville. Hiked into Verde Springs. Rained off and on but roads were dry.
Reflection/Evaluation
We could not measure water flow at flood stage. At Springs, Granite Creek dry. Stillman Lake Dry. Hiked downstream through thick growth – looked like willow saplings on the trail. Any water was hidden beneath the overgrowth. But it has to be there! Pictures on my FB page.
