Petition and comment on support of the Federal proposed rule to measure and set goals to reduce greenhouse gasses in our transportation system. Important rule would encourage state and local officials to invest in safe connected trails and other biking and walking projects to help meet emission reduction goals,

I am a huge rails to trails user and advocate and have lived in communities that connect all corners with paths and greenways to help reduce traffic and the use of cars.
