Short Description of Activity
We divided a contact list for members. former members, and folks who signed up for more information into three groups. Bucky, Susie and I took art of the list for contacting and updating. Getting to talk to curent or potential Boards about possible advocacy and our fall plans for stewardship project(Sept.24, 2022) and a possible social gathering in October.
Reflection/Evaluation
I had wonderful conversations with some of the women on the list who were delighted to hear from us and excited that things are going on. Our contact list will shorten but will be stronger and more focused.
Cold calling was alot more fun than I thought it would be. I loved getting my calls returned. I got one response to an email–from a woman in Ashland that I had just read an article about in “Southern Oregon” magazine.
