Short Description of Activity
Cleanup of Visitor Center Area–Removing Invasive Species from 2 areas– parking lot in front of visitor center and around pond
Reflection/Evaluation
It went well. The goal for cleanup was met. Our Broadband participation was good. Everyone stayed until work was accomplished. The volunteer coordinator was really happy with the hard work that we completed. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and it wasn’t too hot. We were all protected from the sun with water, head covering, sunscreen. And they fed us before, during, and after the work.
