Reflection/Evaluation
We had a great party! We decided to do a luncheon as people would need to travel to Laurie’s from Portland and they wouldn’t need to drive in the dark. We had people bring a wrapped book about nature/outdoors/conservation. Most remembered, but a few forgot to bring a book.We then took numbers from a hat and did a white elephant exchange where the book could be traded up to 3 X. Great activity that everyone could participate. I sent out the online liability forms for them to sign. Most signed them. There were 19 Broads there with 2 new Broads who had never attended a function before this one. We had a great potluck with plenty of food! Everyone welcomed the new gals and they stayed engaged the entire time! I was very pleased at how the new Broads were welcomed into our community. I sent Everyone wanted to know when the hikes would be. I will need to follow up with Barb, but I will lead a hike on Jan. 1st. Lots of fun!
