Reflection/Evaluation
The objectives were to stay connected, learn about issues, and develop action plans.
I feel like NW Broads has work to do in order to have effective communication that keeps us focused on the most important issues. We leaders have not made time to discuss and buy into how we want to work together, and what we want to work on. I think this needs to happen, and it needs to be done in a manner where we all have input. I mostly have no idea what is going on up north in terms of hikes offered to members, so it’s unclear too me how this is communicated to whoever is attending the hikes.
